Internal Reporting System of ANTARES a.s.

 
Do you suspect that in connection with the activities of ANTARES a.s.
-           a criminal offense has been committed,
-           an offense has been committed for which a fine of at least CZK 100,000 may be imposed,
-           the Whistleblower Protection Act has been violated, or
-           another legal regulation or EU regulation in the areas referred to in Section 2(1)(d) of the Whistleblower Protection Act (e.g., in the areas of taxes, competition, public procurement, consumer protection, personal data protection, etc.) has been violated.

The report will be received exclusively by the Whistleblowing Manager, who is the competent person under the Whistleblower Protection Act. The Whistleblowing Manager is Mr. Ludovico Cosmi.
 
Please note that if you want to make a report under the Whistleblower Protection Act, it must be done only in one of the ways listed above. Reports submitted in any other way will not be considered as reports under the Act and will not be investigated accordingly.
 
In your report, please include your name, surname, and date of birth or other information that can be used to identify you. Reports without this information (anonymous reports) will not be considered as reports under the Act and will not be processed. All personal data provided in the report will be processed for the purpose of investigating your report and taking any follow-up action based on the outcome. The processing of personal data will be carried out in accordance with applicable legal regulations.
 
We only accept reports from the following persons:
-            employees of ANTARES a.s.,
-            members of the corporate bodies of ANTARES a.s.,
-            shareholders of ANTARES a.s.,
-            volunteers working at ANTARES a.s.,
-            interns and trainees at ANTARES a.s.
Reports from other persons will not be accepted.
 
The Whistleblowing Manager will thoroughly investigate the legitimacy of the report according to established internal procedures. You will be informed of the outcome of the investigation. If you do not wish to be informed, please state this explicitly in the report (in such case, you will not be informed either of the receipt of the report or of any possible extension of the deadline for the investigation result).
 
Please include only information in the report that you have reasonable grounds to believe is true. In such case, you are entitled to protection against any retaliatory measures. Conversely, if you knowingly submit a false report, such protection does not apply, and you may commit an offense or even a criminal act.
