Placing and canceling orders

The Buyer's order must contain at least the following details:
a) specification of the Buyer and the Seller
b) clear specification of the goods and their quantity
c) place of delivery, if different from the Buyer's registered office
d) delivery date
The Seller will confirm the order in writing within 48 hours of its delivery. In case of differences, the information in the order confirmation, which is also the contract, shall apply. Cancellation or change of the order can be made within 3 working days. After this date, the Seller is entitled to demand a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the price of the goods.

Due to the current rapid increase in prices, especially for carriers and our suppliers, there may be a substantial increase in prices and our costs for the implementation of the order between the confirmation of the order and the dispatch of the goods. We must respond to this situation. We always try to maintain the price according to the order confirmation, but it may be necessary to agree on a price increase or cancel the order before sending the goods. Therefore, please note that each order includes the agreement below.

The Seller has the right to renew negotiations on the price of the order until the goods are dispatched. The delivery period does not run for the duration of the renewed negotiations. If the Buyer and the Seller do not agree on a price change, even within 5 working days of the renewal of negotiations, the Seller has the right to withdraw from the contract, which will cancel the contract (order) from the beginning. If they agree, the Seller will send the Buyer a new order confirmation. This confirms the change to the order (contract) and the delivery period is renewed. If the Seller delivers the goods at a new price without prior agreement and the Buyer accepts it, an agreement on the new price of the order is concluded.
